Great villa, with extremely lovely and helpful staff. The location is private and peaceful although a little far from the main areas for restaurants etc. It’s fine if you have a scooter. Room was lovely and the pool was fantastic. The massages were fantastic.

Unfortunately we had a bat in our roof that left droppings in our room every afternoon… but the staff were great and let us change rooms when we told them. It’s in the middle of the jungle so lots of insects/animals is part of the experience :D

Management was very nice and accommodating. Food was good.

Shower head was broken upon arrival, they had to fix. Felt like they had a 20 gallon water heater.

Food, and jungle view needs to be improve by maintaining all trees from balcony to get the view from Room.

It’s in a great spot in the island, where by motorbike you can explore all of the spots and you’re 20 minutes away only from the harbour.The staff is insane, Satra the manager helped us with everything! Finding the right manta tour, giving us the best scooter he had, and also when we forgot things in the room they sent people to give us in the island without extra charge!Really exceptional service!

The small road to get there is a bit hard to drive on.

The breakfast was beyond divine and the view from the restaurant is amazing. The villa is spacious and comfortable with a huge bed. The private pool was a bit cold so we didn't really use it.

Everything was just perfect, very clean and beautiful swimming pool. Good restaurant , very nice personel. Bungalow is big and clean with very nice bathroom and view is amazing! The best place I’ve stayed in Indonesia so far

The reception could do with a makeover, considering it’s the first impressions of the hotel. Considering the actual accommodation/rooms/villas are lovely.

Privacy and the food is great.Booked the day tour with them, it was reasonable and convenient.

Its jungle concept, expected the nature sound but there was a bird keep growling on the roof whole night.

Pool, spacious room and breakfast was good. The location was also good.

AC was not cooling properly even at 16 degrees, Toilet seat broken, cobwebs, unclean towels and also some weird smell.Need these improvement.

Spacious rooms, remote location n forest view

The hotel itself is wonderful. It is located in the centre of the island and we stayed a whole day without leaving the hotel. Peace and quiet is guaranteed, the pool is very enjoyable, the restaurant is great, the chefs cook well and the rooms with the views are great too. I recommend spending a day at the hotel, just relaxing, reading a good book.

The pool was lovely and clean we really enjoyed our pool days. The surroundings were stunning , with much wildlife to enjoy. Staff were friendly

The toilet was very stained. It was extremely remote … you had to get a taxi everywhere and where Nusa Penida do not have grab or gojek the taxis were very expensive.Food was mediocre, nothing special at all. The electricity went for hours which was a nightmare as they did not have a generator.The internet was very bad signal. Holes in mosquito net

The view was amazing and the pool was nice and cool

I didn't realise how hard it is to get around nusa penida and with this place being up on the hill it makes it hard to get to places for sight seeing

Very beautiful and scenic. Loved the pool and the rooms. Was clean and very well decorated. The staff were nice and the bathrooms were clean.

We ran out of hot water quite quickly. This meant that although we had a bath in our room we could not use it. The hotel is pretty far from the port around twenty minutes. There is no Grab on the islands so you would need to get a moped or pay for a taxi which is very expensive. There hotel does not offer a shuttle and you are basically out in the middle of the jungle. It was nice and quiet and peaceful but not too many places nearby. The hotel restaurant did offer good food for a reasonable price though.
